Job Purpose:
Provide expert advisory to franchisees on commodity products, driving brokerage and fostering relationships through business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate brokerage and support franchisees with commodity market insights.
• Facilitate connections with in-house research staff.
• Conduct self-awareness programs (seminars, workshops, visits) to enhance franchisee knowledge.
• Manage key franchisee relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Share relevant market reports and trends with clients.

Role Requirements:

• Any Graduate with 2-5 years experience in stockbroking (commodity knowledge preferred).
• Strong understanding of market reports and client communication.
• Ability to work in shifts.

This role requires strong communication, market knowledge, and the ability to support franchisee growth in the commodity segment.
