Analyst - Digital Collections

The data analyst will prepare, maintain, and enhance various reports/dashboards to

provide meaningful insights/foresight to the operations vertical in Credgenics. The

position will be delivering reports and analysing the results for the businesses to help

them make data-driven decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Understand and analyse the requirements for the report/insights by working

closely with the team/lead/customer/contact.

• Document/communicate with the stakeholders as needed.
• Gather and process/transform data from the required sources using the

expected/optimal approach.

• Plan the right/optimum volume of data and caching/storage mechanism.
• Analyse data/insights to identify potential variances or anomalies and their

root causes.

• Manage/maintain recurrence as applicable using the right

platform/tools/technologies.

• Work closely with the stakeholders and be able to make necessary

customizations to the reports.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting,

market trends/analysis using Tableau/PowerBI is a must.

• Hands-on experience working with MS Excel, SQL, and Python-pandas.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication

with internal teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular

deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
