About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lending Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling financial products such as business loans and personal loans, along with a strong understanding of credit processes and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire customers for business loans and personal loans.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
Loan Application Assistance:
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales of business loans/personal loans.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial terminologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation.
