Director - Operations - RCM (10-12 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Operations (RCM) to join our growing team.

- In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize our RCM operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our clients.

- You will lead a team of 150+ professionals and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve and secure business delivery within RCM operations.

- Establish pilot A/R processes and devise strategies to improve collections.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) best practices and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize insurance collections.

-Possess in-depth knowledge of all downstream revenue cycle functions, including payment posting, A/R follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.

- Ensure the RCM portfolio consistently meets client and internal company performance benchmarks.

- Actively develop the leadership skills and business acumen of direct reports, fostering a well-rounded and highly competent team.

- Oversee the execution of company policies, processes, and procedures within the RCM department.
