No work life balance, appraisal delayed every year and even after this much delay the appraisal are pathetic, we have to wait in cafeteria to eat food as there is no place to sit, washroom are always under maintenance, do not get cab facility in day shift only HR Team gets the can service anytime they wanT, every month we get 300 amount credited in employee fund and from which they take 100 rs for ER and what ER team does nothing, we don’t even get RnR monthly, we don’t even get 2 leaves for a month. Higher management of the company doesn’t have domain knowledge. All the access and facilities of the companies is only and only for the HODs and above. This company should better higher labourers as the leaders of this company are dictators.
