Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at ReSource Pro in Bengaluru.
- The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage teams, handle budgeting, and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all operational functions, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain management
- Logistics
- Procurement
- Production
- Quality assurance
- Customer service
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze operational budgets and financial performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Operations Management and Team Management skills.
- Analytical Skills and Budgeting expertise.
- Strong Customer Service orientation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
