Job Title: Executive - LFR Operations & Sales Coordination


Department: Sales & Operations


Reports To: Sales/Operations Manager


Job Summary:

The Executive - LFR Operations & Sales Coordination is responsible for managing Large Format Retail (LFR) accounts, ensuring smooth operations across stock management, invoicing, and coordination with stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with LFR partners to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Stock Management:

  • Maintain sales and stock reports for LFR accounts.
  • Create new product articles in LFR partner systems as per the provided templates.
  • Follow up with LFR accounts to secure and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Track and manage schemes/offers, ensuring Credit Notes (CNs) are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain Samsung Monitor Schemes and CN records for LFR accounts.

Store Visit & Relationship Building:

  1. Plan and execute visits to LFR stores to ensure product visibility and compliance.
  2. Develop strong relationships with store team members.
  3. Verify that products are displayed in a prominent area with the correct price/offer tags.
  4. Gather feedback from store teams and communicate insights with stakeholders.
  5. Ensure that Point of Purchase (POP) materials are functional and products are properly displayed.

Invoicing & Tracker Management:

  1. Maintain a comprehensive PO tracker, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  2. Cross-check PO prices with the price list and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with buyers.
  3. Upload Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) on the Reliance SRM portal post-billing and monitor updates related to CN/DN/PO/Payments/Ledger.
  4. Schedule delivery appointments with LFR Distribution Centers (DC) via email.
  5. Track shipments and liaise with logistics teams to prevent delays. Manage expired POs by securing extensions from buyers.
  6. Check and record Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the tracker.
  7. Follow up with partners for overdue payments and ensure reconciliation in collaboration with the accounts team.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, LFR partners, and logistics to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating pricing, product availability, and other key aspects of the LFR business.

Experience & Qualifications:


Experience:

  • 24 years of experience in LFR Operations & Sales Coordination, preferably in the hardware sales product industry.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills, confident, and proactive in managing sales coordination tasks.
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships with vendors, store teams, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with SRM/ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data management.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
