Job Summary:
Interics Designs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Creative Director, the ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking, design leadership, and a deep understanding of brand communication to deliver impactful visual storytelling and strategic design solutions for our clients multichannel operations.
A Creative Director in a digital branding and communication design agency plays an essential role in leading the creative team and developing innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and communicate the creative vision and strategy for branding and communication projects.
- Align creative initiatives with clients brand objectives and business goals.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Project Oversight:
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with specific team leads to deliver multiple and multi disciplinary projects on time and within budget.
4. Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and target audience.
- Present creative ideas, strategies and concepts to clients, and incorporate their feedback into final designs.
5. Creative Development:
- Create and refine compelling brand identities, digital campaigns, and communication strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends and integrate cutting-edge design methodologies.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
7. Creative Responsibility:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for branding, communication design, and visual storytelling.
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and execution of high-quality design projects.
8. Brand & Communication Design
- Oversee the creation of branding, visual identity, and integrated communication solutions.
- Develop compelling design narratives that enhance client brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.
9. Design Innovation & Industry Trends
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and global branding innovations.
- Experiment with new design approaches, digital experiences, and storytelling formats.
- Drive the integration of AI, motion graphics, and interactive media in communication design.
Key Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, editorial design, and digital media.
- Exceptional conceptual, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics tools, and emerging design technologies.
- Strong Communication & presentation, storytelling, and client management skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends and technologies.
Educational Qualification: A Degree in Graphic Design, Communication design , Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
