What You'll Do :

- Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand across all channels.

- Guide the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative projects, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

- Maintain the integrity of the company's brand by ensuring consistency across all creative materials.

- Develop creative strategies that meet business goals and elevate the brand.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure that the creative output remains fresh and relevant.

- Integrate the latest design techniques, digital strategies, and media trends into creative projects.

- Present creative ideas, concepts, and campaigns to internal stakeholders. Pitch new ideas and solutions that drive the brand forward.

- Work closely with other departments to integrate creative elements into broader strategies.

- Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Work with project managers to allocate resources and set timelines.

- Review and approve final designs, copy, layouts, and other creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

What You'll Bring :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 12+ years in a creative role, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.

- Proven track record in managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
