Job Description:

• To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures / practices meet the business needs.
• Sourcing candidates from internal database and job portals as per the requirement. Coordinating Interviews with the stakeholders and the candidate
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Onboard new hires
• Promote companys reputation as a great place to work

Requirements and skills

• 2+ Years of Experience
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Google Meet)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
