As the Head - HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations, adhering to statutory and policy compliance, and elevating the employee experience.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee cost management by implementing HR operational cost-control measures and driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of payroll processes.
- Monitor payroll accuracy, achieving high percentages of error-free payroll processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance adherence by completing filings and submissions on time.
- Manage policy compliance in HR documentation, ensuring accurate and updated employee records.
- Enhance employee services by reducing query resolution times and achieving high satisfaction scores for HR services.
- Lead special projects, ensuring timely completion of HR-related initiatives, including HRMS updates and workflow improvements.
- Drive process improvements, ensuring timely implementation of updated processes and policies.
- Implement rewards and recognition (R&R) programs, including new compensation components and employee recognition initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- 14-16 years of expertise in managing HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee services.
- Strong understanding of cost management, with a demonstrated ability to reduce operational HR costs.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance and HR policy documentation.
- Proficiency in HR systems, query resolution platforms, and process improvement strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to manage HR teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to deadlines.
