Operations Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Building new avenues of business in tactical operations, sampling and activations.
• Prospecting and maintaining database of prospective leads to create business opportunities.
• Meeting prospective clients and pitching according to their needs and requirements.
• Coordinating for execution and delivery team to ensure delivery expectations are as per client needs.
• Share information on effective practices, competition analysis business opportunity and needs.
• Maintain good rapport with clients to mine new business from the existing clients.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tactical operations with special focus on in-store sampling, gig / weekend promotions and activations.
• Candidate should have a good vendor base across the western region Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, CG and Goa
• The candidate should be comfortable working at Andheri East - Mumbai.
• There will be outstation travel involved for operations
• Candidate should have a hands-on and a task-oriented approach.
