Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive sales growth.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our company's offerings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (preferably in IT services & consulting).
  
• Strong understanding of B2B corporate sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
