Executive - Sales & Business Development

Role & responsibilities :

• Field visits to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Generate leads by engaging with local businesses, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support sales strategies and achieve team targets.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and follow-ups using basic tools.
• Provide feedback and insights from field visits to refine sales approaches.
• Assist in organizing and participating in local marketing or promotional events.
• Learn and grow in sales skills, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree (any discipline).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant job experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to explore on-ground opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and willingness to adapt to CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi; Other regional language knowledge is a bonus.
