Hiring For Team Leader-Agilent Technologies

Job Summary:

The Team Leader for Tele-prospection at Agilent Technologies will lead a team of tele-prospection executives focused on revenue generation and client relationship management. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide team members in executing strategies, achieving sales quotas, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective prospecting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of tele-prospection executives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
• Provide training and support on sales techniques, client engagement, and use of CRM tools to optimize team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Revenue Generation:
• Oversee the teams activities in generating revenue from both new and existing accounts, introducing Agilent Technologies’ offerings to potential buyers within the target market.
• Personally handle high-priority or complex prospects to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Prospecting and Relationship Building:
• Guide the team in researching and identifying prospective clients, conducting needs analyses, and understanding pain points to position Agilent Technologies effectively.
• Ensure the team consistently builds and nurtures relationships through regular communication and follow-ups, moving prospects through the sales funnel.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Oversee the team’s use of Salesforce.com to log communications, maintain accurate client information, and ensure all relevant documentation is attached.
• Prepare and present sales pipeline reports and dashboards for management, analyzing team progress and identifying areas for potential growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech, Biotechnology, Pharma, B.Sc, or related field.
• Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in sales and client relationship management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team supervisory role, preferably in a sales or teleprospection environment.
• Skills:
• Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and MS Office, especially Excel for report generation and analysis.
