Senior Executive - Recruitment (Contract role)

Job role :

1. Understanding the talent need and required skillsets and job role

2. Understanding the perspective and business and resource plan of the organization

3. ⁠Coordinating with Vendor and scheduling interview with hiring managers

4. Coordinating with other internal recruiters and making reports

5. ⁠Coordinating with Head office

6. ⁠Job posting on various social networking sites, job portal and primary screening

Experience: Mimimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT hiring

Compensation: 30 k -35 k per month

Joining: Immediate

Hybrid model: 4 days at office and 2 days WFH

Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Reporting to: Senior Manager HR
