Intern - Learning and Development

A training professional with strong will power to excel in co-developing and managing L&D administrative tasks of an organization. The desired candidate is expected to be a graduate with either one year of work experience or a fresher with a passion to learn and grow.

This role would require the person to work closely with the three Training Managers to assist in all L&D initiatives. Will require to coordinate and liaise with peers from other cities and other functions.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Support the tracking and documentation of employee training records
2. Liaise with city resources, L&D Team, Departmental Trainers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
3. Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions
4. Assist in the preparation and management of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for all sessions.
5. Assist in generating reports related to training activities and program
6. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving current training processes and programs.
7. Assist with the maintenance and management of learning platforms, ensuring content is uploaded and accessible to employees
8. Assist in coordinating and organizing Brand Standard Audits
9. Assist in identifying vendors/partner for external interventions
10. Co-ordinate with procurement and Finance to ensure availability of support Training Materia

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelors degree.
