THE ROLE :
- The role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with our company's goals and enhance employee capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- This role will coordinate the entire L&D activities by partnering with business leaders, various internal / external stakeholders and other members of the HR/ Admin departments for the successful execution of the learning strategy to enhance behavioral & leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap that supports the company's objectives and employee career progression based on IDP & CDP (Temenos Growth module).
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify training needs, prioritize learning initiatives based on business needs and publish the Training calendar for each quarter.
- Design, implement and evaluate training programs and learning modules to enhance behavioral skills, leadership capabilities and overall employee effectiveness & productivity.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, surveys and metrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Also share the feedback analysis report to leadership team for every training organized.
- Manage and allocate the learning and development budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings and methodologies.
- Strengthen Leadership pipeline by organizing Leadership development programs New manager effectiveness & Emerging leadership program based on Talent card & succession planning.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development roles within the IT industry, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, e-learning modules and training delivery methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and various stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
