Qualification: MBA in HR.

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Trainings, Learning & Development.

Requirement: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Good understanding of Training and Development.

Location: Dharamshila Narayana Hospital, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures the efficient design and delivery of Trainings, Learning & development programs.

Responsible for designing and implementation of monthly and annual training calendars.

To actively engage employees and ensure a lasting understanding of the culture & values of NH.

Implementation of overall Talent Development programs of the hospital.

To ensure the best employee experience by organizing employee engagement activities.

Grievance handling & employee counselling, including their social issues.
