Job Description
- Manage and supervise the offshore team, including instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, and data/systems analysts.
- Set clear goals and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality output.
- Report metrics and project updates to internal stakeholders regularly.
- Collect feedback from external stakeholders and translate it into actionable tasks for the team.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure that all course revisions and updates align with organizational standards and objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a team leadership or project management role, preferably within the e-learning industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage remote teams effectively.
