As part of our team, you'll work on integrating and developing systems that help financial institutions streamline their teller operations, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. You'll also have the chance to develop and maintain software that plays a critical role in day-to-day banking services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop & Maintain Digital Signature Libraries : Work withVB .NET to create secure and efficient solutions for electronic signatures within the financial ecosystem.

- Application Development : Use C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Visual C++ to build and enhance Windows desktop applications.

- Compatibility Management : Ensure smooth integration and compatibility with Windows XP (limited), Windows 7 or later (including Windows 11, Windows Server 2022).

- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and other developers, to develop and implement new features and functionality.

- Improve Teller Features & Workflow : Contribute to developing features that enable tellers to spot sales opportunities, engage customers, and create actionable leads.

- Sales & Service Campaigns : Implement teller prompts and customer insights that assist tellers in delivering relevant campaigns, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

- Optimizing User Experience : Help ensure that the software integrates seamlessly with teller workflows, providing a user-friendly interface to manage customer interactions across various channels.

- Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest technology trends, particularly within the .NET ecosystem, and recommend improvements or new features to enhance product performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience : 4+ years of experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience working on .NET frameworks, particularly digital signature libraries and teller-related solutions.

Strong Technical Skills :

- .NET Technologies : Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual C++, and Windows PowerShell.

- Frameworks & Compatibility : Experience with .NET Framework 3.5 to .NET Framework 4.8.1, .NET Standard 2.0, and .NET 6/7/8/9.

- Version Compatibility : Comfortable working with multiple versions of Windows, from Windows XP to Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

- Experience with Visual Studio : Proficient in using Visual Studio 2008 or later, including Visual Studio 2022 for development.

- Digital Signature Library : Familiarity with integrating and working with .NET Digital Signature libraries to handle secure electronic signatures.

- Knowledge of Teller Systems : Understanding of teller workflows, including the ability to manage customer data, track sales, and assist tellers in creating leads.

- Customer-Centric Development : Ability to develop systems that provide customer insights, track customer interactions, and prompt tellers for timely sales and service actions.
