Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I have been worked more than 18 months there, I didn’t face any issues related work pressure from my manager, he is very chill and cool, and i got great support from the HR team while onboarding and also exit formalities. I would like to say few words about CEO of Cortex, he is very chill and cool person, Had a great experience with Cortex Family….!

Not a company to rely on. Cortex is a company who do fraud commitments and fool employees. Never stand by its employees is a main work that this company does. Not good for people to join.
