Performance Testing Engineer - LoadRunner Protocols (6-8 yrs)

Job Title : Performance Testing Engineer (Remote)

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering, with a strong knowledge of LoadRunner Protocols (SAP, TrueClient, DotNet), proficiency in programming languages like C and C#, and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure DevOps Services and Azure Portal).

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability or maximum Last Working Day by January 25th is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web and enterprise applications.

- Use LoadRunner Protocols (SAP, TrueClient, DotNet, and optionally DevWeb) to simulate user interactions and measure system performance.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using industry-standard tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SiteScope, PerfMon, and MSSQL profiling.

- Utilize Azure DevOps Services and Azure Portal for managing performance testing in a cloud infrastructure environment, covering computing, networking, monitoring, and logging.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and issues, provide detailed troubleshooting, and recommend optimizations.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.

- Generate comprehensive performance test reports and offer actionable recommendations for improvements.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in performance testing, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 6-8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

Protocol Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of LoadRunner Protocols, including SAP, TrueClient, DotNet (DevWeb knowledge is optional).

Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in C and C#.

Cloud Infrastructure : Expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure Portal, specifically in computing, networking, monitoring, and logging.

Performance Testing Tools : Hands-on experience with tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SiteScope, PerfMon, and MSSQL profiling.

QA Technologies (Good to Have) : Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, and Gatling.

Non-Technical Skills :

- Strong individual contributor, capable of working autonomously.

- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

- Confident and vocal in leadership meetings and discussions.

- Ability to identify roadblocks and escalate issues effectively.
