As a Mendix Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will lead the development of scalable, efficient applications and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications using the Mendix low-code platform.

- Architect and implement microflows and integrations to meet business requirements and ensure optimal application performance.

- Drive the UI/UX design process, ensuring that applications provide intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

- Define and implement database models to ensure effective data management within the Mendix environment.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Mendix applications with various enterprise systems.

- Provide leadership in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Mendix applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Offer technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior developers and team members.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices in Mendix technology and low-code development.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 10+ years of experience in architecting and developing applications using the Mendix low-code platform.

- Proven expertise in UI/UX design, microflows, and integrations within Mendix.

- Strong experience in database modeling and data management in Mendix applications.

- Deep understanding of enterprise system integration and methodologies.

- Ability to lead teams in building scalable and high-performance applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on optimizing application performance.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based deployments, DevOps practices, and Mendix's cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with Mendix Studio Pro and the Mendix Marketplace.

- Experience in guiding large-scale projects and influencing technical decisions at an enterprise level.

- Strong experience in solution architecture, including high-level design, system integration, and scalability considerations.
