Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard top talent for all levels, ensuring manpower needs are met across operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee records, while refining policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Develop and execute programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, addressing concerns through regular feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement customized training programs for safety, customer service, and leadership development to upskill the workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and proactively address workplace risks and grievances.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals by collaborating with leadership and leveraging data-driven workforce planning.
  • Support client acquisition efforts through innovative marketing strategies and utilize client feedback for service improvements.
  • Manage recurring payments, including payroll and vendor transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as a primary liaison for client communication, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate workforce schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet client demands and optimize operations.
  • Expand market presence through targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns, analyzing results for continuous growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR management, client acquisition, marketing, or operational roles, preferably in transportation or service industries.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing teams and client relationships.
  • Expertise in payroll, compliance, and HR software tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to align HR functions with business growth goals.
  • Marketing acumen with experience in developing campaigns and expanding client bases.
  • Leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Adaptable to dynamic business environments and challenges.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
