Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns tailored to them.

2. SEO and SEM:

• Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO efforts to increase website traffic and ranking.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

3. Content Creation & Management:

• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure that the content is SEO optimized and resonates with the target audience.

4. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments/messages on social media accounts.

5. Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, click rates, and conversions.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
• Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

7. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital marketing objectives are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp, Hub Spot).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
