Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Business Development Executive to join our team at IILD Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and bringing in new clients for our digital marketing services. This role requires a mix of marketing expertise and business development skills to expand our client base and grow our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
- Handle social media marketing, content creation, and engagement strategies
- Run email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Work on website optimization and content updates to enhance digital presence. Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients who need digital marketing services.
- Pitch IILD Services digital marketing solutions to corporate clients, businesses, and startups.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to generate recurring business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing solutions for clients.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor strategies to improve sales pitches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneousl.y
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
