Specialist - Digital Marketing
Location - Chennai
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital channels to promote our products/services, generate leads, and increase sales.
- This role requires a balance of technical and creative skills, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product-based company, preferably in the cloud governance and/or cloud management space, will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Compare the company's offerings to competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Campaign Creation and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital campaigns.
Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including:
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Email marketing
- Display advertising
- Organic and paid search (SEO and SEM)
List Build and Segmentation:
- Build and segment target account and contact lists for various campaigns.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo for precise targeting and personalization.
Campaign Management:
- Monitor the quality and performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Creating campaign performance reports and presenting to leadership.
- Track campaign budgets and adjust strategies to ensure optimal ROI.
Webinars:
- Create and conduct Zoom webinars featuring thought leaders and sales experts.
- Manage end-to-end webinar setup, promotion, and execution.
Data Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to shape marketing objectives and strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product-based company is required; experience in cloud governance and/or cloud management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot as a Marketing Automation Platform and CRM.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Expertise in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo Marketing and Sales OS is preferred.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor web customizations.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialized knowledge in two or more areas of digital marketing, such as:
- SEO
- Social media marketing (organic and paid)
- Email marketing
- Certifications in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
