Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monthly Book closure as per Indian GAAP & IND AS.

- Consolidation of Foreign subsidiaries into Indian HoldCo on quarterly basis.

- Related party transaction working, Transfer pricing documentation etc.

- Ledger scrutiny, Ensuring provisions & Accruals entries.

- Analysis of variances within the first week of the next month.

- SAP/ERP related control testing & providing checks & further automation.

- Handling audits like Statutory, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, & IFC reviews etc.

- Assistance in Income Tax Scrutiny matters.

- Supporting Annual Business Plan preparation.

- Exposure to ERP Implementation.

Ideal candidate:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in core manufacturing industry (Preferably Automobile Industry).

- Knowledge of Implementation of ERP is must.

- Expert in the area of Accounting, Direct Taxation, Audit, SAP Implementation (Preferably Navision).

- Ability to manage a team of 3-4 members.

- Exposure of IND AS & Consolidation.
