Job Description:

Debt Raising and Fundraising:

- Identify and establish relationships with potential lenders such as banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Prepare and submit proposals for debt funding requirements, including working capital, term loans, and other structured products.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of loan applications and required documentation.

- Coordinate with lenders to address queries, complete due diligence, and negotiate favorable terms.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial performance and prepare cash flow projections to assess funding requirements.

- Conduct detailed analysis of key financial metrics for lender presentations and credit assessments.

Relationship Management:

- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing lenders to ensure smooth servicing of loans.

- Regularly update lenders on business performance, financial health, and compliance adherence.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and lender requirements.

- Prepare periodic reports and MIS for management review regarding fundraising progress and status.

Market Research and Insights:
