Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safety training programs to workers.
  • Conduct skill-based and on-the-job training sessions.

  • Assess gaps in worker knowledge and address them.
  • Supervise and evaluate training sessions.
  • Facilitate communication between workers and safety officers.
  • Develop visual aids and handouts for training purposes.
  • Encourage participation in safety improvement programs.
  • Monitor worker performance and recommend additional training if required.
  • Train workers on first-aid and emergency response.
  • Ensure workers understand equipment operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
  • Perform field demonstrations for hands-on learning.
  • Provide post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver training programs for supervisors and engineers.
  • Develop course materials, presentations, and training manuals.
  • Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Conduct workshops, boot camps, and seminars.
  • Evaluate participants through tests and practical assessments.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching.
  • Train employees on hazard identification and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards through training modules.
  • Organize mock drills and emergency response exercises.
  • Keep records of training activities and certifications.
