Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies by analyzing market trends, financial performance, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate reports and insights that will drive decision-making across the organization.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of various strategic initiatives, including new product launches, acquisitions, and market expansions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e. , finance, marketing, operations) to align business strategies and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Scenario Planning: Create and evaluate different strategic scenarios to assess risks, opportunities, and potential outcomes of key business decisions.
- Presentations and Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, findings, and strategic recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of business metrics.
- Expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data and insights.
- Ability to think strategically and apply insights to practical business scenarios
