Job Description

Tool and Process Management: Oversee and manage all tools and processes utilized by the presales team, including Quickbase, Salesforce, Consensus, and Loopio. Ensure that these tools are optimized to meet the evolving needs of the presales organization.

Operational Insights: Regularly analyze data from Quickbase, Salesforce, Consensus, Loopio, and other relevant systems to provide presales leaders with actionable insights on team performance and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with presales leaders and team members to understand their needs, assess the viability of process improvements, gather requirements, and align technical considerations with strategic objectives.

Lifecycle Management: Conduct regular audits of tools to ensure the accuracy of data, processes, and updated users. Identify gaps and report them to leadership, recommending solutions where necessary.

Integration Design: Design and implement integrations between presales tools and other systems to streamline processes and enhance data flow across platforms.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations or similar field.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Go-To-Market or Presales operations roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of presales processes.

Technical Expertise: Experience with Quickbase is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce, Consensus, Loopio, and other presales tools is a bonus. Expertise in designing and implementing system integrations is highly desirable.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in delivering operational insights, data analysis, and business intelligence.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage in detailed technical discussions with presales leadership and operational teams.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics:

Business Analysis: Strong skills in gathering requirements, prioritizing work/tasks, and developing roadmaps to share with leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Creative and Practical Thinking: Ability to devise innovative solutions beyond conventional approaches while translating vision into actionable tasks and deliverables.
