Job Overview:

myCareernext looking for a dynamic, results-driven Manager - B2B University and Enterprises Sales to spearhead our sales efforts in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market, be proficient in the regional languages, and have a close network with educational institutions and enterprises. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in the education sector, to develop and grow their career with a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2B education sector (universities, colleges, and enterprises) in the assigned regions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at universities, educational institutions, and enterprises. Ensure a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos:
    Conduct engaging presentations, product demos, and sales meetings with university heads, administrators, and enterprise representatives to promote our educational products/services.
  • Market Research & Networking:
    Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Leverage existing local networks and establish new relationships with educational institutions, universities, and enterprises.
  • Negotiation & Contracting:
    Negotiate terms and conditions for large contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including contract signing and after-sales service.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Drive sales targets and ensure consistent performance in a high-paced environment. Report on sales progress and results to senior management.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and to align the product offerings with market needs.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Experience
    3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the education, university, or enterprise sectors. Experience with educational technology products or services is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency
    Must be fluent in local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) in addition to English. Ability to build relationships with educational institutions using local language is a key requirement.
  • Education
    A bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA or higher education will be an added advantage.
  • Network
    Established relationships and a strong network with educational institutions, universities, and enterprises in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy
    Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of educational technology and trends is an advantage.
  • Self-Motivated
    Highly driven and capable of working independently. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player
    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to overall team success.
