Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide academic counseling to students on digital marketing courses, guiding them towards suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
  
• Assist in admission counseling by processing applications, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for admissions.
  
• Offer educational sales support to promote our institution's digital marketing courses through various channels (online/offline).
  
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for student engagement and retention.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress updates, and feedback.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field (education industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of e-learning platforms and edtech solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
