Key Responsibilities
Description of duties & activities
Employee records
Ensuring that the employee's records are properly maintained in their files, from onboarding to exit, as it is a mandatory requirement to retain hard copies of these records to prevent any discrepancies in the future.
Payroll operations
Preparation of manual Payroll input for exit and regular employees on monthly basis.
Responsible to handle payroll processing for all the contingent worker right for the below process:
Retirals
Managing of retirals benefits for gratuity and Provident fund in coordination with the consultant /LIC (govt body) on the exit of employees for the fulfillment of retiral process as per compliance.
Benefits
Managing employee queries related to Mediclaim and coordinating with the insurer until resolution. Handling grievances and liaising with the TPA partner/Lockton India for monthly additions, deletions, and changes to ensure smooth processing of insurance claims.
Preferred candidate profile
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Graduation in B. Com /BBA(HR) with minimal 4 to 6 years of handling payroll experience & statutory compliance.
Requirements and Attributes:
Knowledge of Statutory compliances like Provident fund, Gratuity, ESIC, LWF, Superannuation fund & NPS. Proficiency in MS excel, Workday knowledge will be an added advantage, proficiency in local language. Female candidate preferred.
