BIM Co-ordinator

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil.

Experience:

• Minimum 11-13 years of experience in the mixed-use commercial Real Estate industry. Working on hotel or hospitality-based projects will be an advantage
• Proven experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction
• Expertise in BIM Design Coordination

• The BIM-coordinator Architect will be responsible for:
• Coordinating and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards
• Participate in project meetings, overseeing BIM design coordination and model development and integration being done by external consultants.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
• Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices
• Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows
