What your day-to-day will look like:

Technical leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and budget.

Client collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into technical requirements and solutions.

Project management: Oversee and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Team empowerment: Foster a culture of collaboration and enable team members to thrive by providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

Innovation and optimization: Continuously identify and implement innovative ways of working and process improvements to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as Design, Construction, and Facilities Management, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of technical activities.

Industry knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology and apply them to enhance project delivery and technical capabilities.

Required qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Strong technical expertise in building systems and related disciplines, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, and structural engineering.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including coordination and management of cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred qualifications:

Professional registration or certification in Engineering or Architecture.

Experience working in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Experience with design and construction technology solutions, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
