Contract Renewal Specialist - Night shift

Shift: Night shift (6pm to 3am OR 7pm to 4am)

Seeking a Contract Renewal Specialist. The person in this role will be a key member of the Sales Support team primarily responsible for providing customer renewal quotations and support to Account Executives. Focus will be on renewal quoting, co-terming support agreements and organizing multi-vendor and IPC branded support renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with Sales Engineering to prepare and quote maintenance renewals for our Account Managers to present to customers 90 days prior to expiration.
• Develop strong relationships with vendor and distributor Contract Renewals Specialists to ensure timely quote turnaround and increased visibility within our partner community.
• Maintain data integrity in our contracts database (ServiceNow).
• Create Renewal Opportunities to assist AEs with forecasting.
• Work with accounting to process support cancellations and credit requests.
• Become a central resource and subject matter expert for all contract related questions from our Sales and Operations teams, as well as our vendor contacts.
• Work closely with the expanded Contract Renewal, Contract Administration and Sales Support teams to streamline, improve and automate processes as well as ensure that we are following industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Renewal Specialist working for a VAR.
• Previous experience with Avaya or Juniper contracts a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Quick learner with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Positive, customer focused attitude.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong CRM Skills (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent.
