Position : Contract Engineer

Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities :

• Contract Management: Oversee contract administration and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Good in contract creation and able to make necessary changes.
• Compliance & Documentation: Prepare approval notes, maintain records, and ensure adherence to joint venture and business partnership processes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and collaborate with internal teams on contract-related matters.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track contract performance, generate reports, and assess compliance metrics.
• Risk & Improvement: Identify risks, suggest process enhancements, and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Additional Support: Assist in project management, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Working Terms:

• Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and from International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company.
• Workdays & Hours Six and half day’s work, (Monday to Friday – 8:30AM to 6:30PM / Saturday – 9:00AM to 6:30PM / Sunday – 9:00AM to 2:30PM)
• First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle ( Ex:If you joined in April, you will get first month salary on June then after that every month you will get regularly)
