Job description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Department Manager to lead our contract administration function within the Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert guidance on contracts to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration:
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract records and databases.
• Contract Review and Negotiation:
• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms with external parties, including vendors and clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any contract-related disputes.
• Contract Compliance:
• Develop and implement effective contract management procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
