Ensure daily/Weekly/Monthly reports/dashboards are received from concern teams as per set frequency Do analysis on calls to arrive specific trends of SLA/KPI violation, misuse of status which will help FMS partner to achieve the KPI compliance SOP creation/ Modification as & when required Followup with internal as well as FMS teams to get the activity status and prepare activity Dashboards MIS report validation submitted by FMS partner on monthly basis Preparing Monthly / Weekly PPT for senior management Closure call sampling to check service quality/ False closure/ Process deviation Track MBR/QBR MoM points and share weekly updates to concern stakeholder Should have good knowledge of excel, Word & Power point Well verse with formula s, Micros which will help in preparing dashboard/ Trends etc..
