We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing Communications located in New Delhi.
The Head of Marketing Communications will be responsible for overseeing communication strategies, marketing communications, strategic communications, and public relations activities to build high-performing teams and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate brand for all communication activities, including creative development for ATL, BTL, and digital communication across various platforms.
- Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including marketing budgets, sales targets, and strategic marketing plans to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), drive increased footfalls, and secure strategic tie-ups.
- Oversee Marketing Communications (MarComm) for internal and external events, sponsorships, and collateral development (brochures, standees, AV content).
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals in digital marketing, pre-sales, graphic design, and BTL communication, ensuring timely delivery of marketing and brand objectives.
- Implement and manage a focused digital marketing strategy, utilizing SEO, SEM, SMM, ORM, and property portals to generate awareness and qualified leads.
- Plan and execute relationship-building events across various project sites to strengthen customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement processes and reporting mechanisms for lead management, pre-sales operations, and team performance feedback.
- Create and execute PR programs to enhance brand visibility in the real estate sector, with a focus on thought leadership and digital PR strategies.
- Establish systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, including budget tracking, spend analysis, and internal work management.
- Lead the delivery of creative campaigns without engaging external creative agencies, ensuring high-impact marketing output with internal resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, PR strategies, and brand management.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
