Job Summary:
Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in ATL and BTL marketing to lead the marketing efforts for 3-4 of its premium residential projects. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CMO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on traditional marketing channels and event operations. Experience in digital marketing is not required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ATL and BTL marketing strategies for assigned premium residential projects.
- Manage all aspects of ATL campaigns, including print, radio, television, and outdoor advertising, from media planning and buying to creative development and execution.
- Plan and execute BTL activities, including events, activations, promotions, and partnerships, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee event operations, from concept development and logistics to on-site management and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, etc.) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Prepare and present marketing reports and presentations to management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience 8-12 in marketing, with a strong focus on ATL and BTL activities. Experience in digital marketing is not required.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and media planning.
- Significant experience in event operations and management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST
