We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and market expansion for our sanitaryware, shower enclosures, and glass products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, key account management, and relationship building with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sanitaryware and glass industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retailers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and dealers to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strong sales pipelines.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new product ideas based on market demand.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales or business development in sanitaryware, shower enclosures, glass, or related building materials.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required.
