Role: Marketing Manager
Objectives of this role This role is primarily designed for those who seek exposure and expertise in multiple facets of marketing - this role will help support organization success with work ranging from understanding customers to helping build a product to creating a product-marketing stack and running a fully developed marketing campaign.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience and brand identity.
- Driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
- Creating high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including retail POSM, websites, blogs, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches and thought leadership. Required skills and qualifications
The candidate ideally should have 5-7 years of marketing experience working for as a marketing manager/ brand manager or working for an agency handling multiple clients. A basic prerequisite to be a part of this fast-growing company is energy that never runs out and a willingness to learn quickly and a drive to stay invested in solving business problems
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as marketing manager working with a start-up
- Marketing agency experience/ agency handling experience will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong command of grammar and language suited for Indian audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
- Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's preferences, interests and nuances
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
