Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and customer loyalty programs for our luxury department store. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with luxury brands and exclusive service providers, while designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The role requires a focus on UHNI (Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals) clientele, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer insights, and data analytics to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Identify and establish relationships with luxury brands and exclusive service providers that cater to UHNI clientele.
- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships that align with the department store's business objectives and enhance its luxury brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke offerings, events, and services that attract UHNI customers.
- Identify and target potential third-party service providers that align with luxury brand values and high service standards.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement, both online and offline.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure innovative and impactful campaigns that generate foot traffic to stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Track, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Customer Loyalty Programs
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs that drive repeat business, enhance customer retention, and increase lifetime value.
- Utilize data analytics to personalize offers, promotions, and communications, further enhancing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to create a seamless omnichannel loyalty experience for customers (both in-store and online).
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations to effectively reach target audiences.
- Work closely with digital teams to optimize the online customer journey, ensuring high conversion rates and positive customer experiences.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and aesthetics.
Customer Insights & Data Analytics
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, behavior, and buying patterns to inform marketing strategies and continuous program improvements.
- Utilize customer data to generate actionable insights for segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the success of brand and loyalty programs, adapting strategies as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Sales, Retail, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous development.
Budget Management
- Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing and customer loyalty program budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and adjust marketing tactics and campaigns as necessary to stay within budget while meeting business objectives.
- Regularly report on budget status, campaign performance, and marketing ROI to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands, customer loyalty programs, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analytics, and insights-driven marketing.
- Experience in managing high-profile partnerships with luxury brands and service providers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
