Assistant Manager - Guest Relations/Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Present and showcase our luxury residential projects to potential customers visiting the sales gallery.
• Understand the unique selling points and features of each apartment, and effectively communicate them to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, providing them with detailed information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct guided tours of the sales gallery, highlighting the luxurious amenities, architectural design, and quality craftsmanship of our projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, assisting in the conversion of leads into sales.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide accurate and relevant information to potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Specification

• Previous experience in luxury sales or real estate sales is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
