Business Analyst/Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Automate onboarding, compliance tasks, dashboards, and reports using Python, SQL, and Google App Script.

- Analyze customer ticket patterns, identify recurring issues, and implement efficient solutions.

- Plan and forecast customer ticket inflows and call volumes to optimize resource allocation.

- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in customer support and onboarding processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document SOPs for streamlined operations.

- Monitor program performance and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Google App Script.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and process automation.

- Knowledge of customer support tools and ticketing systems.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Familiarity with customer experience and onboarding processes (preferred)

- Tier 1 College is mandatory and has 7 above CGPA
