Job Description
- Experience: 10+ years of software project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Agile project environments.
- Certifications: Certification as a Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSP, etc.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and hands-on experience as both a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) and leading Agile transformations at the organizational level.
- Proficiency with metrics-driven project management, using KPIs to monitor, optimize, and report on project health and team performance.
- Experience in Project management tools (Azure Boards,Jira etc)
